MAREK will investigate new materialisation methods that enable the precise application of functional coatings with customised geometries and properties, incorporating the development of innovative new materials adapted to additive manufacturing, the integration of artificial intelligence for process monitoring, and validation in critical applications within sectors such as wind energy, marine and railway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>GLUAL HIDRAULICA<\/strong> and includes the participation of <strong>ERREKA, VOESTALPINE RAILWAY SYSTEM JEZ, SORALUCE, ARIA ARABA, KOMAT, STT INGENIERIA Y SISTEMAS, SEGULA<\/strong>, and <strong>GLOBAL FACTOR<\/strong>. The consortium is also supported by agents of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network, such as <strong>CEIT, GLUAL INNOVA<\/strong>, and <strong>IDEKO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the <strong>Hazitek Programme<\/strong> of the Basque Government and has received support from the expenditure budget of the <strong>Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment<\/strong> and the <strong>European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">HIGHKOAT<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of HIGHKOAT is to research new aesthetic\u2011functional coatings and surface pretreatments for high\u2011complexity metal and plastic components, ensuring compliance with <strong>REACH<\/strong> regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>MAIER<\/strong> and includes the participation of <strong>CIKAUTXO, RPK, MUGAPE, INNOMAT, OPTIMUS 3D, ERREKA<\/strong>, and <strong>IK\u2011INGENIERIA<\/strong>. It is also supported by agents of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network, such as <strong>MTC, CIKATEK, RPK TECHNOLOGY CENTRE, TEKNIKER, CIDETEC, LEARTIKER<\/strong>, and <strong>LEARTIBAI FUNDAZIOA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the Hazitek Programme of the Basque Government and supported through the budget of the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">WINDLIFE<\/p>\n\n\n<p>WINDLIFE\u2019s main objective is the research and design of in\u2011situ inspection, remanufacturing, and functional recovery technologies to increase operational efficiency (optimisation) and extend the lifespan of wind turbines and their critical components. These technologies will enable new management and operation strategies for wind farms, including alternative approaches such as <strong>repurposing<\/strong> and <strong>upgrading<\/strong>. The knowledge generated will reduce downtime and increase production, lowering LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) while reinforcing the applicability of circular and sustainable technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>HINE RENOVABLES<\/strong> and includes <strong>ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, GLUAL ENERGY, IZADI, LAULAGUN BEARINGS, ERREKA<\/strong>, and <strong>NABLA WIND<\/strong>. The project is supported by Basque Science and Technology Network agents such as <strong>IKERLAN, LORTEK, MONDRAGON GOI ESKOLA POLITEKNIKOA<\/strong>, and <strong>CEIT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the Hazitek Programme and supported via the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">H2SKID<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the H2SKID project is research into new technologies for the production of green hydrogen using a 1.25 MW experimental <strong>AEM\/PEM portable electrolyser<\/strong> as an enabling solution for supplying green hydrogen to end industrial users (and potentially oxygen supply for processes such as oxy\u2011combustion), while generating a strong local value chain around electrolyser components and associated hydrogen compression and storage systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>SARRALLE<\/strong> and includes <strong>ZIGOR, SENER, ERREKA, MUGAPE, FLUBETECH COATINGS, TUBOS REUNIDOS, TORRAVAL, ABC, ARCELORMITTAL<\/strong>, and <strong>TEAM<\/strong>. It is supported by Basque Science and Technology Network agents including <strong>TECNALIA, ABCTECH<\/strong>, and <strong>ZIGOR RESEARCH &amp; DEVELOPMENT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the Hazitek Programme and supported through the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">ZERUMUGA<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the project is to develop a new generation of large\u2011size, high\u2011performance forged bolts made from <strong>Inconel 718 nickel\u2011based superalloy<\/strong> for use in extreme sectors such as aerospace. Advanced forging technologies will be used, including induction heating systems and high\u2011energy screw presses, suitable for producing large, high\u2011value components in medium\u2011to\u2011high production runs with efficient energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is led by <strong>ERREKA<\/strong> and supported by <strong>Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa (MU\u2011EPS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is funded by the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">INTEGRIA (ZE-2023\/00026)<\/p>\n\n\n<p>INTEGRIA&#8217;s general objective is research into the structural integrity of high added value components, which will allow Basque companies to access the enormous potential market of floating offshore wind turbines. Achieving this is only possible with digital models as a key means to solve the problems with innovations around the generation of a single integral model formed by several digital models based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) of elements of the structure (transition piece, TP), the anchoring system, the evacuation and power supply elements, the access system or the hydraulic and mechanical systems for the control of the wind turbine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium has been led by NAUTILUS with the participation of NAVACEL, PINE, DITREL, KERA COAT, COREMARINE, ERREKA, IBERM\u00c1TICA, INNOMAT, LAU LAGUN, ALERION, GLUAL ENERGY and HINE. The consortium is also supported by several agents of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network, such as TECNALIA, CEIT, CIDETEC and the ENERGY CLUSTER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>he project is funded by the Hazitek Programme of the Basque Government and has been supported by the expenditure budget of the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">FIJATOR<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of FIJATOR is to develop an integrated solution to improve the preload capacity of bolts without increasing their size, along with an appropriate tightening tool that facilitates installation and guarantees the structural integrity of joints. This involves researching and developing an <strong>induction heating process<\/strong> that ensures uniform bolt heating to improve load capacity and fatigue resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is led by <strong>ERREKA<\/strong> with support from <strong>CENTRO STIRLING<\/strong>, a Basque Science and Technology Network agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is funded by the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">SCALE-UP<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the project is to validate the reliability of large mechanical and structural components <strong>without the need for full\u2011scale testing on large test benches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>NABLA WIND<\/strong> and includes <strong>GLUAL ENERGY, HINE RENOVABLES, VIRLAB, INTZA, ATTEN2 ADVANCED MONITORING TECHNOLOGIES, ERREKA, SIDENOR<\/strong>, and <strong>GALVANIZADOS SALA<\/strong>. It is supported by <strong>IKERLAN, MU\u2011MGEP, TEKNIKER, TECNALIA, GLUAL INNOVA<\/strong>, and <strong>SIDENOR I+D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded through the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">HYNNOVA<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The general objective of HYNNOVA is to conduct the necessary research to create new advanced technological solutions for the <strong>modular design and efficient, safe management of high\u2011capacity renewable hydrogen production plants<\/strong>. A high\u2011capacity plant is defined as a high\u2011power, high\u2011performance production facility that enables optimal and integrated storage solutions at high and low pressure, designed from a modular and holistic perspective to reduce LCOH. Ultimately, HYNNOVA seeks to position Basque companies at the forefront of large\u2011scale green hydrogen production, storage, and compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>BOSLAN<\/strong> and includes <strong>FLUYTEC, HYDROGEN ON SITE, ERREKA, SAITEC, ABC, CIKAUTXO, INNOMAT COATINGS, TEAM, TAMOIN, IDEC<\/strong>, and <strong>NOVARGI INDUSTRIES<\/strong>. It is supported by <strong>TECNALIA, CIKATEK, ABCTECH<\/strong>, and <strong>LEA ARTIBAI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">Energy Efficiency Project \u2013 LED Lighting Upgrade<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Matz Erreka has committed to <strong>IMPROVING ENERGY EFFICIENCY THROUGH LED LIGHTING<\/strong>, within a project supported by the industrial large\u2011enterprise energy savings and efficiency aid scheme, co\u2011funded by the <strong>European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)<\/strong> and managed by the <strong>IDEA<\/strong> under the National Energy Efficiency Fund, aimed at achieving a cleaner and more sustainable economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"plastics\" class=\"anchor\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">NIROMOLD<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the project is to investigate methods for manufacturing mould inserts that allow the integration of structures with highly varied dimensions, from micrometric\u2011scale channels (3\u20135 \u03bcm or even smaller) to structures measuring hundreds of microns and millimetres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>ERREKA<\/strong> and includes <strong>MICROLIQUID, S.L.<\/strong> with support from <strong>Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa (MU\u2011EPS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded through the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">SENIOR<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The general objective of the SENIOR consortium is to achieve a technological breakthrough in the care and treatment of the ageing population through research into biomarkers, prediction models and biosensing for detecting and monitoring pathologies, enabling the establishment and implementation of personalised treatments for key medical conditions. This includes developing diagnostic devices for early detection of warning signs and advanced, personalised medical devices for treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>AJL OPHTHALMIC<\/strong> and includes <strong>COCOON BIOSCIENCE, FESIA TECHNOLOGY, HISTOCELL, IMG PHARMA BIOTECH, ERREKA, TECNALIA CERTIFICATION<\/strong>, and <strong>UNIKARE BIOSCIENCE<\/strong>, supported by <strong>CIDETEC, LEARTIKER, GAIKER<\/strong>, and <strong>TECNALIA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">SOLIDBAT<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The general objective of SOLIDBAT is to research new technological solutions enabling the future development of <strong>specific modules and battery packs for CEES<\/strong>, which, despite their potential, present unique and highly demanding requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium is led by <strong>FAGOR EDERLAN<\/strong> and includes <strong>EG BATTERY SOLUTIONS, ORKLI, ERREKA, MONDRAGON ASSEMBLY, BASQUEVOLT<\/strong>, and <strong>CIRCULAR REPLAY<\/strong>, supported by <strong>IKERLAN, TECNALIA, CEIT, KONIKER, EDERTEK, CIC EnergiGUNE<\/strong>, and <strong>CENTRO STIRLING<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded through the Hazitek Programme and supported by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment and the ERDF.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">INBAT<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Conceptual research into a <strong>Cell\u2011to\u2011Pack (C2P) battery system<\/strong> using lightweight, safe, and competitive pouch cells, with laboratory\u2011scale validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project has been funded through the comprehensive industrial chain aid scheme for the electric and connected vehicle sector within the <strong>PERTE VEC<\/strong> programme, part of the <strong>Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan<\/strong>, funded by the European Union and managed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"access\" class=\"anchor\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"text__subtitle\">BARNE (ZL-2023\/00696)<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the project is to create a semantic and inclusive web platform that, using artificial intelligence algorithms to automate and optimise design and manufacturing processes, allows companies to reduce the use of materials and achieve clean production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium has been led by ANER SISTEMAS INFORM\u00c1TOCOS with the participation of ERREKA and ALUMINIOS EIBAR (EIBHO).
